This Payment Policy explains how payments are handled when you purchase a shipping container from Local Container Deals.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards
  • ACH bank transfer
  • Wire transfer
  • Cashier's check
  • Cash (in-person transactions only)

Payment Timing

Full payment is required before delivery. We do not offer payment plans, layaway, or net terms for standard container purchases. Once payment clears, we will schedule your delivery.

Deposits

For certain orders (including custom orders and multi-unit purchases), we may require a deposit to secure your container. The deposit amount and terms will be disclosed in your written quote before you commit. Deposits are applied to your total purchase price. Deposit refundability will be disclosed at the time of order.

Credit Card Surcharges

Florida law prohibits sellers from imposing a surcharge on customers for electing to pay by credit card . We do not charge a credit card surcharge. We may offer a discount for payment by cash, check, or other non-credit-card means, provided the discount is offered to all prospective customers .

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined or fails for any reason:

  • We will notify you immediately
  • Your order will be held for up to 48 hours while we attempt to resolve the issue
  • If payment cannot be completed within that timeframe, your order may be canceled

Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. A written quote from Local Container Deals is valid for [X] days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Additional Fees

Your total cost may include:

  • Container price
  • Applicable sales tax (see Sales Tax Policy)
  • Delivery and placement fees
  • Any special access or permitting fees (if applicable)

All fees will be disclosed in your written quote before you make payment.
